Each Live class is 30/45 minutes long—just enough time to get an effective workout while fitting into your day. Our on demand video's are in between 10 - 45 minutes depending on your available time.
The Sculpt Pass is a monthly subscription priced at €20,00. With your subscription, you’ll receive access to all Live Zoom Pilates classes and our on demand video library each month and exclusive entry to a closed WhatsApp group where you can ask Iris all your questions.
