Pilates is a game changer

I just wanted to say that I really like the 'Sculpt with Iris' Pilates classes and think they have a very nice vibe. When it comes to sports, I never really knew what suits me and what I really get joy from. Do I need any special equipment for the classes?

No, all you need is a mat and enough space to move comfortably. Optional equipment, such as resistance bands or light weights, can enhance your workout but are not required.

What if I’m a beginner?

These classes are perfect for all levels. Iris provides modifications and progressions so everyone can work at their own pace.

How long is each class?

Each Zoom class is 30 minutes long, just enough time to get an effective workout while fitting into your day.

How do I join a class?

After booking, you’ll receive a Zoom link via email. Simply click the link at the scheduled time to join.

What if I can’t make it to a scheduled class?

We offer flexible options to reschedule your class if you notify us in advance.

Can I turn my camera off?

Of course! Your camera en sounds will be mutted so that everybody can follow the class. If you would like personal feedback on your pilates performance you can book a private class with Iris.

How does the Sculpt Pass monthly subscription work?

The Sculpt Pass is a monthly subscription priced at €20,00. With your subscription, you’ll receive access to all Live Zoom Pilates classes and our on demand video library each month and exclusive entry to a closed WhatsApp group where you can ask Iris all your questions.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Sign up for the Sculpt Pass: Your subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically.
  2. Class Access: Each month, you’ll get credits. One credit equals one live Zoom class.
  3. Community Support: Join the closed WhatsApp group to ask questions, connect with others, and get support from me.
  4. Flexibility: Use your credits any time within the month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
  5. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime. Your access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
Can I do the classes if I’m pregnant, have an injury, or back problems?

Yes, Pilates is a safe and effective practice for many individuals, including those who are pregnant or managing injuries or back issues. However, it’s important to inform Iris beforehand so that modifications can be made to suit your specific needs and ensure a safe experience. Always consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program.
